All digital products are delivered instantly, directly to your provided email address through Shootproof.com.au at no cost. Any issues with digital image quality and / or delivery, will be addressed by Bernadette Binnie Photography within 2 business days of receiving the notification of any problem by email at: bernadettebinniephotography@gmail.com

Physical products are manufactured and distributed by Gelato.com and manufacturing and shipping times are as indicated by Gelato.com.

 

Any delays, or issues with physical products and or delivery of these will be the sole responsibility of Gelato.com 

Flat shipping rates have been set at a discount to Gelato.com charges, with free shipping for all physical product orders over $350.00 (AU).
